Sorry for the blogging hiatus -- things have been a bit of a roller coaster over the past few weeks, and are just now leveling out. But I'm here. And just in time for Thanksgiving! Since my family is out of town this week, I'll be spending the holiday with family friends. And I'm cooking up a storm for the first time in awhile. I'll post pictures, but I'm planning to make mashed potatoes, biscuits, a veggie dish, and the now infamous
pumpkin bread. Yum! Very happy that I get to use my parent's
Le Creuset set as well.
P.S. I came across this quote today and I think it's pure wisdom. Marilyn Monroe is the woman.
