Snack Attack

If you're like me and get hungry around 4:00 p.m. every afternoon, here's an idea for a (somewhat) healthy yet satisfying snack:


Fat free plain Greek yogurt (I use 0% Fage), honey and walnuts. I also like to sprinkle some cinnamon on top... but sadly I forgot it at home today.

Delicious.  I had something similar a few months back when dining with my mom at Taverna Tony in Malibu.  Hands down the best Greek restaurant ever!  Here's a description of the original dish:

YIAOURTI -- Home made yoghurt sprinkled with walnuts and laced with imported Hymetus honey. Dusted with fresh ground cinnamon.

Clearly mine is the poor man's version, but you get the point.  Oh, and it's also good frozen, and tastes a bit like ice cream.
